The Code of Conduct is a set of guidelines and standards that we hold our independent delivery-partners accountable to as part of our community. This ensures that our users/customers are protected, our systems are not abused and that, working with our delivery partner, we deliver the best experience to our users. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards violations of the Code of Conduct, and infringements can result in suspension or termination of user account access to the Vpledge Partner App.
Vpledge.in is the same day pickup and delivery service for all types of products. Since 2016 we operate in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane.

Delivery Partners needs to be well-groomed and presentable while doing any order.
All orders accepted or assigned needs to be completed on time.
All pickup and delivery need to be done on time. No Delay will be acceptable.
Call to the person before reaching the Pickup Location or Drop location.
A waiting fee is chargeable to the users if the delivery partner has to wait at any location for more than 15 Mins.
Handle all the products of the customer very carefully. It's Delivery Partners' responsibility to handle and delivered the products of the customer without causing any damage.
Once the order is accepted or assigned please do not cancel the order.
Order cancellations will be charged a penalty of Rs 50/- or More as applicable also your account will be suspended temporarily or permanently.
Delivery Partners needs to be polite with the customer and do not argue for anything.
Do not consume drugs or alcohol while you are doing an Order.
Customer will be rating delivery partner and that rating increase the chance of getting more orders & Incentive.

In many circumstances, the delivery partner account can be suspended by Vpledge temporarily or permanently.
Please check and read our Delivery Partner Terms and Condition Clause 10 carefully before taking any orders.
As a Delivery Partner, you accept the terms and responsibility to provide a good quality delivery service to the users. In case of any such event where it damages the quality of our service, we are bound to penalize you for the same.
A Penalty of Rs 50/- or more as decided by Vpledge will be charged to the delivery partner if:
The Earning for the "ONLINE PAYMENT" Order's will be credited directly to the delivery partner bank accounts which delivery partner has provided at the time of registration.
The Earning for the COD/CASH order's will be settle to the "CREDITS" directly ( For Eg- Delivery partner has accepted cash/cod order value of Rs 200/- so firstly Rs 200/- will be deducted from the Credits and after the order is completed by the delivery partner the Earning amount for that order will get added to the "CREDITS".
The Settlement of the earnings will be processed on the very Next Day/Weekly basis to the Delivery partner.
The settlement will not be processed on the BANK HOLIDAY.
In Bid order screen it will show all the " NEW ORDERS " booked by the users/customer. Once the delivery partner is ready to accept the order he will have to click on the "Bid Button" for that order and the system will then assign the orders to one of the Delivery partners who all have bidden for that order.
It's the "URGENT SAME DAY ORDER" booked by the user which a delivery partner can accept and get assigned immediately by clicking on the "Take Now Button".
It will show all the "FUTURE DATE ORDER" which is already accepted and assigned to the delivery partner .
It's a home button that will show all the "CURRENT DATE ORDERS"of the delivery partner .
It is a Settlement History which shows all the total "EARNING" of the delivery partner and the total order completed list date wise.
Here Delivery partner needs to “ADD CREDIT” to accept COD/CASH orders. There is No Minimum balance amount required. You can add more amount to get more cash orders. If the Credit balance is ‘0’ then the delivery partner will only be eligible to accept the Online Orders.
REFER THE APP When you refer the app you get FREE CREDIT on every partner registration for a specific period of time.
DIGITAL ID CARD
It's the"VPLEDGE PARTNER ID CARD"which a partner can show to the user if he demands the ID Cards.
ORDER ID & TYPE
It's the order reference number which is accepted or assigned to the delivery partner and the Type shows if the order is SINGLE / RETURN or MULTIPLE.
PICKUP DATE & TIME
It's the actual date and time for the pickup of the products.
NO. OF LOCATIONS
It shows the total count of the location/addresses where the delivery partner needs to go.
LOCATIONS – PICKUP
It is the place where the delivery partner has to pick up the products for delivery.
LOCATIONS – DROP
It is the place where the delivery partner has to deliver the products which he has picked up.
LOCATIONS – PICK UP & DROP
In the Case of RETURN order, this is the place where the delivery partner needs to deliver the product and pick up another product from the same location.
It is the amount that a delivery partner will get after completing the order.
Delivery Partner needs to click the "START ORDER" button before the delivery partner going for the pickup location.
It will show CASH/ONLINE. In the case of CASH in any one location, it will show "COLLECT THE CASH FROM HERE".
AMOUNT TO BE COLLECTED
It is the order delivery fees that a delivery partner has to collect from the location mentioned by the User.
Delivery Partner needs to Click on "REACHED LOCATION BUTTON" as soon as he reaches to the Pickup Location or Drops location.
If the Delivery partner pickup location OR drop location didn't match as per the map Delivery Partner has to request a "SEND OTP" to the user app to confirm that he has reached the location.
It will open the Google map to show the direction to the delivery partner for reaching a particular location.
This is the instruction given by the user which the delivery partner has to follow for completing the order.
Every time while picking up and delivering the products the delivery partner has to click and add a photo of the Products
Once the product photo is added and the product is picked up than the delivery partner has to confirm and click the "PICKUP DONE".
Once the product has been delivered to the drop location delivery partner has to confirm and click the "DROP DONE".
The delivery partner has to compulsorily mention the name of the person whom he has delivered the products.
