Order cancelled by User
i. Users may choose to cancel the order any time using our App after the order is placed. ii. There will be NO Cancellation Fees applicable for the Orders which has not been “Accepted or Assigned to any delivery partner”.
A percentage of the order value will be charged as Cancellation fees OR Max Rs 100/- to Rs 200/- for the Advance or Same Day cancelled order.
The cancellation fees will only apply to you based on the following circumstances.
i. The order You have placed has already been accepted or assigned to our delivery partner.
ii. We may not be able to process any requests for cancellation once the pickup is done from the pickup location. In such case, Our delivery partner will return the product to the Pick-Up Location, towards which the entire fee chargeable for the original scheduled Order.
iii. We do not allow to keep any undelivered parcel/products with our delivery partners for such a product if the delivery is unsuccessful the product will be returned to the Pick-Up location, in which case the charges as mentioned in the paragraph above will become applicable.
We may cancel your order and reserve the right to charge you a cancellation fee or the Entire fees for the orders in any of the Circumstances below not attributable to us, including but not limited to:
i. In case if the Pickup location or Drop location provided by you is outside the service zone offered by us.
ii. If the order details, instruction, and authorizations provided by You are not complete or sufficient to execute your order and we fail to get your response via phone or any other communication channel at the time of confirmation of the order.
iv. Inability to complete the order due to reasons beyond our control such as force majeure events.
The fees paid by You are final and non-refundable unless otherwise determined by Vpledge. Users shall only be able to claim refunds for the order if the fees have already been paid online. Providing refunds in the aforesaid circumstances is the sole discretion of Vpledge. Items that are fragile or delicate need to be packed properly, our delivery. partner always tries to deliver the products safely however in case of any loss or damage for the product in transit, the amount won’t be refunded by us. Our decision on refunds shall be final and binding. All refunds shall be processed and credited to Your account following the terms that may be stipulated by the Delivery Partner payment and/or associated bank If any Vpledge points redeemed at the time of booking will lapse. The refund will be processed immediately and would take a minimum of 24hrs to Max 7 Days to get credited in your bank accounts. In case of any refund for the online payment that You have done by using the third-party payment gateway. The Payment Gateway charges will get deducted.
